Go to Edit, and on the sidebar of that Edit page you can see at the bottom a place to change the date and time. It’s a pain, though, so my usual recommendation is to make it a static page instead and set that to be the start page of your blog or put the contents in a text widget and put it at the very top of your sidebar.
