		<description><![CDATA[To keep one post at the top always, you have to keep changing the date on it so it&#039;s always the most recently posted. Go to Edit, and on the sidebar of that Edit page you can see at the bottom a place to change the date and time. It&#039;s a pain, though, so my usual recommendation is to make it a static page instead and set that to be the start page of your blog or put the contents in a text widget and put it at the very top of your sidebar.]]></description>
